Terms of Use

By registering on vopido or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, you must not use the platform.

• You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
• You are personally responsible for the security of your account and the confidentiality of your password.
• You are held responsible for all transactions made with your account.
• Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Parental consent is required for children under 13.

You may use the vopido platform only lawfully and for the following purposes:

• Creating personalized stories for children
• Managing your character and story library
• Sharing generated content with loved ones

You must not:

• Generate content that is violent, hateful, discriminatory or harmful to children (abuse)
• Generate content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights
• Misuse the platform with automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Gain unauthorized access to APIs or reverse engineer the platform
• Share or sell your account credentials with others
• Convert credits to cash or transfer to third parties

• You have unlimited rights to the content of generated stories for personal use.
• Since generated content is AI output, no warranty is given against copyright claims.
• The vopido brand, logo and platform design belong to KefStacks.
• Rights over the technical infrastructure, code and algorithms are reserved.

Detailed terms regarding credits and payments are set out in the User Sales Agreement. In summary:

• Payments are processed through iyzico infrastructure.
• Credits cannot be converted to cash or transferred.
• No refunds due to the digital nature of the product.

KefStacks reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service or modify its features for maintenance, development or force majeure reasons. Major changes are notified to users in advance.

• You may delete your account at any time (info@kefstacks.com).
• KefStacks reserves the right to suspend / delete accounts that violate the rules, with or without notice.
• No refunds are issued for remaining credits when an account is deleted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KefStacks does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. KefStacks is not liable for indirect damages.

All notifications are made to info@kefstacks.com. Response time is 7 business days at most.

These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Sivas Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
