Vopido User Sales Agreement and Credit Package Terms

• Platform: vopido website and/or mobile application.
• Credit: Digital usage right that can be used within the platform.
• Service: AI-powered story generation and related digital content.

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the use of digital credit packages purchased by the user through the vopido platform.

The vopido platform is a digital service that enables users to:

• Create AI-powered stories
• Produce character-based content
• Generate content with purchased credits

• The user can purchase credit packages through the platform.
• Payments are processed through the iyzico infrastructure.
• After payment is successfully completed, purchased credits are credited to the user account.
• Prices are as stated on the platform and may be changed by KefStacks.

• Credits can only be used on the vopido platform.
• Credits cannot be transferred or sold to third parties.
• Credits cannot be converted to cash.
• The user agrees that credits will be spent on each content generation.

• The platform may grant the user a limited number of free uses.
• After free uses are exhausted, the service can only be used with credits.
• KefStacks reserves the right to change or remove free use rights.

• No refunds are issued for purchased credits.
• If credits are not loaded due to a technical error, the user can open a support request.
• Erroneous transactions are reviewed by KefStacks and corrections are made.

• Content generated through the platform is created by AI.
• The accuracy, originality or legality of generated content is not guaranteed.
• The user accepts that they are responsible for the content they create.

The user agrees:

• Not to use the platform for unlawful purposes,
• Not to produce harmful, illegal content or content that infringes the rights of third parties,
• To protect their account information.

KefStacks may temporarily suspend the service due to technical maintenance, updates or force majeure reasons.

The user's personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation. For details, please review the Privacy Policy.

KefStacks reserves the right to make changes to the provisions of this agreement. The updated agreement enters into force the moment it is published on the platform.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply to disputes that may arise from this agreement, and the Sivas Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
