On vopido, a story character can be created for ages 1 to 18. When creating a character, only the child's name (or nickname) and age are collected; this information is used solely to personalise the story, is not shared with third parties, and is never processed for advertising. Accounts are created by the person who wishes to use the service; users under 18 should use the account under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. vopido does not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 13 through account registration. Parents who believe their child's information was entered without their consent may contact us at info@kefstacks.com to request deletion.

We provide the following tools to make it easier to stay in control of your personal data. You do not need to give a reason for any of these requests.

• You can update your name, email and password at any time from your profile page.
• You can delete stories from your library individually, which removes the information used to generate that story from your account.
• When you request full deletion of your account, all data not subject to a statutory retention obligation is permanently deleted.
• If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages, you can opt out with one click from the link at the bottom of our emails; this does not affect essential service notifications.
• You can clear the data stored in your browser and your cookie preferences using the methods described in our cookie policy.

Sending requests from the email address registered to your account speeds up identity verification and shortens the time needed to complete the process.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed. Major changes are announced via email and site notifications. The current version is always available on this page.
