Digital Delivery
Products sold on vopido are digital in nature; no physical delivery is performed. Credits are added to the user account instantly upon successful payment.

Delivery Time
- After payment confirmation, credits are added to your account within 5 minutes at most.
- Delivery is usually instant; delays may occur depending on the bank's 3D Secure verification.
- If credits are not added after 5 minutes, please open a support ticket.

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the related Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content products where performance has begun with the consumer's consent. The user gives explicit consent to immediate performance upon purchase.

Refund Policy
- No refunds are issued for purchased credits.
- If a technical error caused credits not to be loaded, or the wrong package was loaded, the issue is reviewed by KefStacks and corrected.
- Where refund requests are reasonable, credits will be re-issued.
